Tiger River Bengal Heater

I replaced the heater like a dummy and it didnt fix it.

Replacement for the tiger river 2005 forward bengal sumatran spa models. I bought a muti meter to test the board but i really dont know what to look. The light and jet pumps work. I have a bengal tiger river spa also and the heater is not working.

This heater has a built in pressure switch which plugs onto the p34 port on the iq 2020 motherboard. I tried pressing the reset button but it wasnt tripped. I noticed one of the jumper wires was burnt at one end and replaced with a make shift one but still no heater. Well that didnt help.
