The bolts holding the transmission in place are 1 time use tty torque to yield and should always be replaced when working in this area. It appears that screwing it tighter would be enough to fix the issue but i m not sure what kind if screw socket tool is needed. A friend of mine has a 2016 vw tiguan possibly 14 or 15 though and the door hinge is loose.
